Emergencies

Our practice has 24/7 coverage. A doctor is always on call after hours, nights, and weekends.

During regular office hours, please call us before going to the emergency room or hospital. We reserve time for emergencies and want to assist you directly whenever possible.
Office Visits

Please bring the following to every appointment:

Valid driver’s license or photo ID

Current medical insurance card

Required co-payment

Patients without verifiable insurance must show proof of payment before being seen.
Prescription Refills

Prescription medications require careful monitoring. Refills are provided at your scheduled office visit, where your provider will review your medications and set follow-up intervals.

When your medication label says “No refills remain” or “Contact your physician for refill,” this means it’s time to schedule an appointment.

Some medications (e.g., for cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, or thyroid) may require lab work. If needed, please complete labs at least 3 days before your appointment.

Bring a printed medication list or your medicine bottles to each visit.
Appointment Cancellations

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to another patient.

Same-day cancellations may result in a missed appointment fee.

Missed appointments without notice will be charged directly to you.

Longer visits (such as physicals or office procedures scheduled for 30+ minutes) may have a higher penalty fee.
Insurance & Billing

We participate with most major insurance carriers and will file claims as a courtesy.

Any balance not covered by insurance is your responsibility.

Always bring your insurance card and photo ID to each visit.
